The Compassion Foundation is a humanitarian service organization that provides grants to nonprofit organizations working to improve the quality of the lives of people in need. Compassion Foundation was founded in 1989 by a group of community leaders in collaboration with the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart (MSC) in Aurora, Illinois, and is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
