What is a Parish Mission?
The Missionary of the Sacred Heart Parish Mission is five evenings of prayer, scripture, music and talks about faith. It is a time of spiritual renewal (sometimes called a Faith Renewal Week). It is a time of spiritual renewal and openness to God’s love, a time to reflect and pray. Our Parish Mission – or Faith Renewal – will begin with the weekend Masses and continue until Thursday evening. Also, we have morning Mission instructions: ‘How to’ talks – How do I in a practical way, live the Gospel message in my everyday life?
